Originally from Schoharie, New York, Dr. Katelyn Jaqueway grew up on an 80-acre hay farm. She showed sheep and horses in 4H and FFA before heading to Murray State University in Kentucky for her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. While attending MSU, she competed on the western team for IHSA. After graduation in 2016, she headed to Lincoln Memorial University to receive her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2020. While attending LMU, she participated with a research project at the Gluck Equine Research Lab through the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Jaqueway currently owns one miniature horse that will stay in New York for the year. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, photography, trivia, going to the beach, and movies.
